Blackberry, violet color with blue reflection. Intense aromas of strawberry and cherry with balsamic notes, chocolate and licorice. Well structured and balanced in the palate, with sweet rounded tannins.
The Alvarez-Arenas family has been dedicated to the production of wine in a traditional way for generations. The estate is made up of 47 hectares of organically grown and biodynamically farmed vineyards in the heart of La Mancha on gently rolling land with elevations of around 700m. The main soil type is made of limestone marl under a sandy surface with yields under 5 Tons per Hectare.
