Elaboration: a vermouth from Andalusia made with Pedro Ximénez grapes from the Sierra de Montilla that rests in the traditional vats of the area to acquire properties from a short but intense biological ageing. Together with the maceration of selected plants and spices, this vermouth is a digestive aperitif with a difference.
