Tenuta Santa Maria di Gaetano Bertani
The experience of the Bertani Family handed down for generations has shaped a unique philosophy that produces excellent wines with meticulous care of the vineyard, viticulture practices respecting the environment, ancient techniques and Veronese varieties and original innovations. The careful work in the cellar and the long refinements only serve to preserve the product of the vineyard, leading to wines with distinctive balance, elegance and great aging potential in the bottle. The properties of the sixteenth-century cellars of Villa Mosconi Bertani in the Valpolicella Classica, Tenuta Santa Maria in the Val d'Illasi and of Grezzana include very different terroirs and cover the major DOC denominations of Veronese
