The nose is elegant and precise, opening with fresh fruit that evolves into ripe apple, layered over intense fennel and Mediterranean herbs like rosemary. Subtle ageing notes contribute aromas of lightly toasted bread and nuts. On the palate it shows a balance of freshness, complexity and opulence, with fine, creamy bubbles that are seamlessly integrated. The attack is vibrant and dry, in keeping with its brut nature style. The finish is long, fresh and expressive, with balanced acidity that adds depth, tension and a lingering memory.
