Campo Eliseo Cuvee Algre Toro - 2022

Intense and deep cherry-red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it reveals great freshness reminiscent of red fruits, especially floral notes, mainly violets. On the palate, it  shows complexity, fullness, with  ripe tannins, balanced, highlighting  red fruits with hints of black flowers, and leaving a prolonged finish with notes of coffee.

A love for the land and a winemaker's curiosity led François Lurton with his brother Jacques and Michel Rolland to discover unique native varieties and terroirs. Their adventurous spirit brought them to Toro and Rueda over 30 years ago and, since then, the combination of French and Castilian winemaking traditions has led them to become one of the leading names in great Spanish wines. With François Lurton at the helm, Campo Elíseo is the story of an oenologist passionate about unique, authentic grape varieties and soils, grown under extreme climate conditions.
