Aresti Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2021

Red color with deep blue hues. In the nose, it shows aromas of bright red fruit, ripe plum and cassis combined with touches of coffee and vanilla. The palate is firm, with a tannic structure that gives it character, making it a long, persistent wine. Pair with pastas and meats, including lasagna, ravioli, fettuccini, pork, veal and beef.

Viña Aresti was founded in 1951 by Vincente Aresti when he purchased a winery in the historic winemaking Curicó Valley.  In 2012, his daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti took over. They have continued their dad’s push to produce quality wines, obtaining international quality certifications (ISO 9001, ISO14001, BRC, HACCP) and Wines of Chile’s  environmental sustainability certification.
