Delicate, exquisite, dainty, elegant, graceful. This Albariño showcases a straw yellow bright color with notes of tropical fruits in the nose (pineapple and passion fruit). Citrusy and slightly grassy in the palate, yet with a creamy density and a long clean finish. Ideal to pair with grilled fish, shellfish, salads and poultry dishes.
Located about 30 miles inland from the coast, along the north bank of the Miño River in the region of Arbo, just a couple of miles from the border with Portugal. Bodegas Eidosela was founded in 2003 by a group of local farmers with a total of 45 hectares (111 Acres) of vineyards that they harvest manually using 40 Lb boxes to ensure the grapes arrive to the winery in perfect condition.
