On the palate, rounded, creamy and rich autolysis surrounds the central freshness with its salted butter notes and apple ripeness. The foam is smooth and the palate is concentrated. Freshness is pristine and the finish dry.

Founded in 1849, Doudet-Naudin is one of the oldest Burgundy wine Maisons.
